What you need

Laptop (preferred) or smart phone that is fully-charged or plugged-in place so the camera captures your body
Fitness mat, towel or blanket to lie/move on
Foam roller or a large blanket rolled so that it is the length of your spine from head to tail bone. If you have a hard foam roller, consider using a large blanket folded on top of it to make it softer/more tolerable.

Large firm pillow (think throw pillow)
Smaller/soft pillow (like one from your bed)
TheraBand (if available) or long-sleeved sweatshirt or tights
Small hand weights (or soup/vegetable cans)
Yoga strap, belt, dog leash or towel
What to expect
Sessions are completely customized to your unique needs. We will start with a verbal check in — tell me what’s going on with your body and any recent issues you’ve experienced.
Then, I will perform a visual assessment by viewing the front and back of your body from (at least) your knees to shoulders. If there are any areas of concern, we may examine them more closely. For example: if you have a sprained ankle I may ask you sit and hold your foot up so I can get a closer look.
Once properly assessed, I will lead you through therapeutic movement, stretches and sometimes self-massage to get your body moving in a more functional, healthful manner. We can address specific questions on implementing home routines that encourage positive mental and physical health. Techniques to minimize stress, including: deep breathing, energy conservation and coping strategies.
